PopUp Shop at Miami Vibes, Vendor Application

Please take a moment to complete and submit this application for the Popup Shop at Miami Vibes.
You can purchase your spot with drop down box for full payment. If you need a payment plan please reach out so we can send you a split invoice. Payments are due a week prior to Pop Up. Once the invoice is paid, your spot will be secured!

Vendors:
* Bring your Own Table and Chair (6 to 8 ft Tables)
* Provide Logo/Image, Video, Link to website or Facebook. Please email Miamivibesinfo@gmail.com
* You will be put in a Chat for communication Purpose
*All Vendors will be working together to help promote.
Be sure to double check your spelling and grammar. Any perceived errors will assumed to be a branding or marketing effort. It is always best to copy/paste any website addresses or URLs.
Event Info, Rules & Guidelines:
- Vendor fees are not refundable and not transferable for any reason. Including weather related issues and any/all other issues outside of our control. You have the option to reschedule at a later date.
- Setup begins at 12pm. Must be setup and ready at least 15 minutes prior to open.
- All vendors will be located inside
- You are responsible to clean up your area. Allow 2 inches away from the walls for your tables specially if you are in the mirror and white wall area.
- Spaces will be assigned by organizer it's first come first serve.
- Organizer reserves the right to reject or expel anybody at any time for any reason. (Violation of event rules and guidelines and/or causing or creating problems for other vendors or customers)
